ITS Canada recommends conference delegates book their accommodations early at the Courtyard Ottawa East, adjacent to the venue:
- Click here to book online in order to receive the negotiated rate of 195 CAD - 225 CAD per night plus applicable taxes.
- Contact the Hotel’s Reservation Department at 613-741-9862; and quoting the group code ICDN in order to receive the negotiated rate of f 195 CAD - 225 CAD per night plus applicable taxes.
Individual guests will be required to guarantee their reservations for arrival by use of a credit card accepted by the Hotel. The Hotel's cancellation policy for individual rooms states that rooms can be cancelled up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled arrival. If cancellation is made after this deadline, a fee equalling one night plus all applicable taxes will be charged.
Last day to book is Sunday, April 20, 2025.
